What we are
First China Journey is an English-language planning and introduction service for international travellers. You talk to us — in plain English, on WhatsApp — about where you want to go, and we shape the trip with you: route, pace, hotels, guides, trains.
Who runs your trip in China
Your tour is operated on the ground by our licensed partner travel agency based in China. They hold the local licences, employ the English-speaking guides and drivers, and make the hotel, train and ticket bookings. Your booking contract is with the operating agency, confirmed in writing — with the full itinerary and itemised price — before any payment is made.
Why it's structured this way
Plan and communicate in the traveller's language, operate with a licensed local team. It keeps prices local (one itemised quote, no stacked middlemen margins) and accountability clear (the operator on the ground holds the licences while you travel). I stay in touch with you on WhatsApp before and during your trip.
What we promise — and what we don't
- Private or group — your call: go private with your own car, driver and guide, or join a small-group departure and share the cost.
- No shopping traps: no factory-store detours or commission stops in any itinerary.
- Honest quoting: one itemised price for your actual dates and group, in writing, before you commit.
- We reply within 24 hours to any inquiry.
- We don't sell online checkout, and we don't ask for payment over chat. If anyone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
