What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and the trip details you put in the quote form or a WhatsApp chat (dates, group size, budget, interests). We don't run accounts, we don't take payments on this site, and we never ask for card details in a chat.
How we use it
To plan your trip and reply to you — nothing else. Your details go to our licensed partner agency in China only as far as your booking needs (names for train tickets and hotels, for example). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
WhatsApp and analytics
Most contact happens on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. This site may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to count visits and button clicks (for example, quote-form submissions and WhatsApp clicks) so we know which pages actually help people. If you would rather we held nothing about you, message us and we'll delete your information from our records.
Keeping and deleting
Inquiry details are kept while we're planning your trip and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and follow-up. Ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: WhatsApp +1 431-728-8186.
